The City of Muncie partnered with Pridemark Construction in revitalizing the heart of its downtown with a reconstruction of Walnut Street. In addition to wider sidewalks for pedestrians and merchants for better accessibility, Walnut Street underwent storm sewer improvements. New design standards were put in place for more cohesion and uniformity for downtown aesthetics.
